1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Invst Ventures platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Company Information

Invst Ventures is owned by the same owner as Invst LLC RIA but operates as a separate entity with its own set of disclosures and agreements. All investment opportunities on this platform are provided by Jarred Ventures and Invst Ventures as an outside business activity.

To become a client of Invst LLC RIA, a separate engagement agreement is required. Using this platform or making investments through Invst Ventures does not establish a client relationship with Invst LLC RIA.

3. Platform Services

Invst Ventures provides a technology platform that facilitates access to alternative investment opportunities including:

• Real estate investment opportunities
• Private equity investments
• Venture capital opportunities
• Document management and digital signing services
• Investment tracking and reporting tools

4. User Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Meet applicable accredited investor requirements where required
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

5. Investment Risks and Disclaimers

Alternative investments are speculative and involve substantial risk of loss. You should carefully consider whether such investments are suitable for you in light of your circumstances and financial resources.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Platform is built on Super Amplify, a SOC 2 Type II compliant platform, ensuring the highest standards of security and data protection.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVST VENTURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
